I only take my vitamins when I write it on my to do list.
I took vitamins on and off over my life but I've never been good at it. I take them for a day but then I forget to, or don't want to. I know that in order for me to get all the nutrition I need to have a healthy body I have to take them. So I will! I will put it on my to do list and I will take them everyday so I can cross it off my list!
If only vitamins were this yummy!
